What is your return policy?

Due to the fact that our graphic files can be copied, we do not offer refunds of any kind on our graphic template immediate downloads or CDs.

Is this a stand alone "program"?

No, the My Lil' License template kit gives you templates which can be used in any graphics program that accepts JPEG files. This covers most programs that can accept graphics such as Printmaster, Microsoft Word, PrintArtist, Microsoft Publisher, etc.... We have not found a standalone program that fits our specifications for quality and ease of use.

How long does it take for my kit to arrive?

The kits are shipped between 48 and 72 hours after an order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays). After purchase, you will receive a download of the JPEG versions of the My Lil License templates. You will then receive the CD and other kit materials in the mail. All kit materials are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.

How much does it cost to produce the baby announcements?

You can realistically produce these novelty baby licenses for about 20 cents a piece. They can be sold for $1.00 or more. You will receive supplier information at the My Lil License support discussion list.

Once I purchase the My Lil License kit, does that mean I work for My Lil License?

No, you don't work for My Lil License. Once you get your business kit, you are free to conduct your business on your own. You become a licensed dealer of our products and should not represent yourself to be our employee or agent.

What is the resolution of the My Lil License templates?

The highest resolution of the My Lil License templates is 600DPI for our JPEG files which gives you the highest print clarity.

Do I have to pay you anything else after I buy the kit in order to sell the wrappers? Do I have to give you any of the profits I make?

No, you don't have to pay anything else once you pay for you're My Lil License kit. The kit arrives to you ready to use for your business. You keep all of your profits. Can I use the My Lil License templates in my brochures and on my website. Yes, you can use the templates in your brochures and on your websites. See License Agreement for more details.
